The Thai Embassy in Abu Dhabi posted on its Facebook page a list of countries from where citizens can enter Thailand without a visa.

Tourists/ Ordinary Passports Holders of the above-mentioned countries- territories are required to acquire and present the following documents to enter Thailand:
- Certificate of Entry (COE) from the embassy via https://coethailand.mfa.go.th/
- Proof of ASQ booking confirmation (select the facility from www.hsscovid.com)
- COVID-19 Test Result with the validity of 72 hours prior to the departure time
- Fit-to-Fly Health Certificate with the validity of 72 hours prior to the departure time
- .Health Insurance with the coverage of no less than 100,000 USD, including C0VID medical expenses
